The Town of Chincoteague, Inc. Building and Zoning Department:
You can pick up a Building Application at the Town office, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
The Building and Zoning Administrator, Mark Bowden is in the office from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
No appointments are necessary to meet with the Building and Zoning Administrator in the office. It is on a first come first serve basis.
Inspections are scheduled from 8:00 a.m. – noon, Monday – Friday.
Please call the Town office at 757-336-6519 at least 24 hours in advance for an inspection.
