Private Roads- The only service provided by the Town of private roads is scraping by the motor grader upon authorization by the road’s owner. Any materials required for the road must be furnished by the owner. In order for a private road to be taken into the State’s urban system, the right-of-way must be 50′ in width, the surface must be paved for a width of 3-‘ and the road must be deeded to the Town.
