- Any property that has a business license shall be charged for water at the commercial rate.
- Any residence being operated as a “Home Occupation” shall be charged for water at the commercial rate if the following conditions are met:
- business or business function is being conducted on the premises
- water consumption meets or exceeds 25,000 gal/qtr.
These guidelines were used to determine corrections in the water rate for certain businesses by the Public Works Committee at the meeting held on Thursday, December 21, 2000.
